Genius' new bread range. The nations leading gluten free food brand have recently released their new range of bread, their expert bakers designed the bread off the comments given by the public. This yummy delight contains fewer calories and less salt than the original recipe. It holds together nicely and is great for a picknic. Many people trying the genius loaf comment 'The bread tasted better than a normal loaf.' The price of the bread is great for the product that you're given. Any other opinions of Genius bread is greatly appreciated.
Itsu's vegetable festival crystal noodle cup is perfect for a quick and healthy meal. The pot of noodles contain only 160 calories and are low in fat perfect for when you need something healthier. The cup comes with a spork, noodles & a soup paste which are all emptied into the cup and the 3/4 of the cup is filled with boiling water. Wait 3 minutes then stir & Enjoy! The noodles are thin and taste gorgeous with the soup paste, after you've eaten the noodles you're left with a strong tantalising taste.

Amy’s kitchen is a family owned company that was established 26 years ago. They produce a large range of gluten free products, both in the frozen and cupboard aisles. Produce can be found at the Free From Section in selected Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Ocado, The Co-operative, Holland & Barrett, Whole Foods and independent health food shops nationwide. Amy’s have also managed to create produce which is also soy, lactose & diary free. One of their frozen products is a definite favorite of mine as it takes hardly any time at all to prepare but tastes amazing. The rice macaroni and cheese meal is a creamy, delicate meal which can be ready in less than 10 minutes. I would really recommend this meal for as a remedy for a bad day or a cold night.
